I have a ‘15 cascadia DD-15, former prime truck. I mention this because I know they order without certain items like water separators etc. clutch was replaced July ‘22 and a few months ago it started going into gear tough once stopped. If you are loaded and slip it into 2nd as you come to a stop there’s no issue going to 1st but if you are totally stopped it doesnt want to go into 1 or R. I’ve tried letting up slightly, throttle, etc. I looked under and the hose that should exit the plate is not there. I removed that and there is no visible zerk to grease the throw out bearing. I did feel around and located one. Let’s say at the 2:00 position just about a bolt but you can’t get to it with a grease gun as far as I can tell. Any ideas, please?? Also I checked the clutch brake. Not sure of the surface but it only moves back and forth maybe 1/4-1/2” like it should when you try to rotate it. Thank you.
Possible throw out bearing issue

Does the clutch need adjusted?
-
Does it grind like it's trying to go into gear, or nothing at all?
-
Grinds to point you almost can’t get it in. I’ve been able to slowly slide to reverse and then it will go to 1st.

Probably needs a clutch. Most of those came with self adjusting clutches. When you push the pedal down, your clutch brake is not being pressed enough by the throw out bearing. The trans keeps spinning, making you have to grind it to a stop.
If the clutch is adjustable, adjust TO Brg to clutch brake to 1/2".Star Rider and Last Call Thank this.
