    So I have been at this company for 3 and a half years. Very much enjoy it. But the .55 cpm I have been getting started to seem to not cut it anymore. I could do NYC for .65 cpm but then it's NYC. I have been looking into possible places to apply to if they don't up the pay in January. Northeast Transportation out of Waldoboro Me seems interesting. But I'm posting here for possible suggestions. Also another reason I'm thinking about switching is the Bison buyout. I am worried about things to come.

    Actually based on their site. Might have driver cameras. Because they say Lytx system which Google shows is fleet dashcams

    Call and ask. We have Lytx, but they hall have a sticker on the inner lens that says "Inward Lens Deactivated. We don't watch or listen to our drivers, we use the footage to catch hit n run drivers at the truck stops and those causing accidents in front of us.

    If your comfortable there, like @MartinFromBC just mentioned, go to the source and ask for a raise. If your denied, go job searching, when you find something, give them for 2 week notice, then usually your present job will give you what your asking for. It’s call, playing there Bluff, just like in poker. Good luck
