Unfortunatly, someone probably DID haul that load like that...

 

That sucks. Could have run chain from the front of the side rail hooked under the front corner and X'd over the front but I dunno how well that would hold. It'd also crush the load if I did it.

In a couple months my Revolution will be 2 years old, early 2011 model, and it has no front stake pockets, either. The original design and prototypes didn't even have nailer strips.

 

Don't the revolutions have their version of "J" hooks that lock in the floor wherever you need them?

 

Yea, they call them "Turtles".

 

Fontaine has bolt-on brackets for a bulkhead if you want stake pocket in the front.

 

Yep, that's them! Just put a few of them across the front to take the place of stake pockets. My new Mac doesn't have front pockets either, you have to add them when you order.
