Going inbound to Arizona, that is a pretty crappy rate. If that was going to a decent freight area, that rate would be OK. Just look around and try to finds loads out of Az going anywhere and you will see what I mean.

'07 we were hauling loads of them on reefer pigs from Center, Colo. that were going to Canada via rail, they paid good but the the loading times were a joke

This week Idaho to AL paying 9.50 per 100 wght less 22%.Around 4100 to the trk.

I used to haul raw potatoes out of Center going to North Carolina for Campbell's. The loading was always a pain but delivery was quick and easy, mostly because I'd get there in the middle of the night when they weren't very busy and they'd unload me first thing in the morning.

Like most other things in trucking, these rates have also taken a beating. PEI to florida used to be an excellant gig, hauling seed potatoes. Quick load and unload, with a bobcat. Of course Bubba bought an old Dick Simon POS truck, and ruined that gig.
