That was the words straight out of her mouth. It is hard to tell. It's a combined Colorado and New Mexico port and they tend to get pissy if they don't see you every so often. Was the first time I had been in a Colorado port in 4 years. And yes I'm based in Colorado. I'm a firm believe that the government doesn't get to steal off what they don't see.
