    Hi guys
The fault code i had was p107538.
Truck is 2015 volvo vnl with ishift.737000 miles.
.i changed CCA ,CCV, CLUTCH ,flywheel, harness.also shop mentioned that they changed bearing, air fitting, tube, bolt .reset clutch and guess what truck is still hesitating coming out of stop .even in 4th or 6th gear now ..only thing that has not been changed is air hose but mechanic said it is good.am frustrated .am suspecting it is only doing it after driving fr 3-4 hours.
No transmisdion fault codes.only codes i have are fr nox sensors.

Ask this in the Volvo trucks section and you'll get responses from mechanics.

What do you mean it's hesitating ?

    Slow shift?

Or is it an engine power issue?

Slow shift and waits in between gears.

There may be transmissions fault codes that are not showing on the dash.
A tech tool may catch it during an instrumented test
(normal driving operation with the tech tool connected to the BUS port).
Couple hundred dollars in cost, probably for the test.

Which software shift program calibration are you using?

You may have one of the lazy shifting calibrations like "comfort" (fuel tanker anti surge calibration) .. swap it to performance or comprehensive and it should improve shift speed.
