Problems with trucks after safety tech install

Your predicament reminds me of my old cruiser, fully decked out with apes, fairing etc.

it was a 1998 vulcan. previous owner has installed all the aftermarket stuff...but no stereo.

I pick it up, promptly install a stereo...and all hell breaks loose. constant voltage drops, stranded on the side of the road, regulator gone etc. Long story short, I sold that bike within 6 months. Went and bought me a non-modified carburated bike. 3 years later, ZERO problems.

Your choice will be to either opt out of the contract, or SELL ME one of those trucks (and buy yourself a new, fancy, shmancy, shiny truck)
