lets say you book 700 mile load at $3 per mile. lets say your cost of operations is $1.3 per mile (all in gas, insurance ifta etc). lets say you pay 2.5% for factoring and 7% for your dispatch service..from gross of course
would you know how much % profit do you give away ?

lets say you have a driver and cost of operations is say $2 a mile. what's the % profit do u throw in the garbage in this situation ?

lets do some friday number crunchy times...

this has nothing to do with factoring numbers. i am talking about overall profit on operation.

do u realize that 2.5% factoring costs you actually 7.5% if your cost per mile is $2 in the above example ?

At 3 bucks a mile, factoring, paying a driver along with 5 dollar fuel, I figure you would be out of business before the IRS caught your 1099 scam. You haven't even figured for breakdowns of the jalopy you bought. That's my Friday crunchy time

Shoot the works and hope you die rich before you go broke. That is Friday night factoring and a good business model.
