A secret to get rid of tobacco odor in a vehicle is to place several Bounce dryer sheets around the cab, one on the dash, one on each seat and headrest, a couple on the floor carpet, etc. Then let it sit closed up for a few hours on a nice sunny afternoon. No more smell afterwards.
