Sound like one of those injuries *from* repetition. Like sports players get.

sounds like weak back muscles common to folks who sit all day. You need to strengthen core muscles. Nothing wrong with your back likely. MRI would define the problem

Never tried one of those. Am sitting at walmart now i guess i can grab a couple. Are they both cold and hot at the same time?

Ya i have been trying to adjust it to get it right

No, i actually felt the tear. Its a small tear though. Not that painful. I have tore muscles elsewhere from sports. I know how they feel

Lol ya muscles are pretty stiff...specially the hams. Going 60 mph on a bumpy road in a tanker is no fun. It just pulled me up and down side to side too much

Its a small tear. Its not bothering me much. Just a little sore. I need to start streching everyday

No my spine is good. Just a small muscle tear. Not a big deal to go to doctor for. It will heal

It heats it up really good at first then eventually cools down. They last for about 8 hours I believe.

Walmart sells them in single packs for like a $1.50 so you can try a couple to see if you like them without buying a pack of 10.

Unlock the slide stop on the seat. Let the seat slide fore and aft.

Wow...I don’t even know what to say...I was just thinking what back pain my Dad May have had when he started trucking in 1948 with a wore out Mack....Or when I started with a 1968 International COE 4000 with Hendrickson suspension...
