We all know the bloodsucking lawyers of the country are always quick to pull the qualcom records in the event of an accident. What about the dozens of 4 wheelin motorists i see a week weaving all over the road playing with their gps units, shouldnt they be accountable as well?

The things i see people doing while driving nowadays is unreal, ya i guess i could see the insurance company's pulling records off some of the gadgets people use driving down the road in the event of an accident. Maybe they should, i wonder how many wrecks have been caused by people fooling with that stuff driving down the road? I remember when the worse thing you saw was a gal putting on make up in the morning.

Albeit a little less than a QC for us, most cars nowadays have black boxes themselves. Can tell speeds/rpms and other little things, not nearly as much as the QC but you just never know, it may help us if we were to ever do something and could use it.
