(This person does have a current business license of his own, correct) If you were paid cash or got no receipts or photo copies of the checks you were paid by, ask ur CPA how that would work for you. In the end he may have to pay ur taxes. for those 10 loads. I've gone through similar, the company had to pay all the taxes for the yr. Start with checking on the business lic.
