Use Centramatics on the steering axle, then use the balance beads on the rest. The glass beads that are sold at Love's. The beads balance each tire of the duals, where the Centramatics can only balance the whole wheel assembly. Just my .02.

I use Centramatics on truck and trailer. I consider them a good investment. I spin balance them when they are put on new as well.
I also sometimes wear a belt and suspenders.
