Personally, I think finding an attorney and that would be willing to pursue a class action law suit against Werner and all the other carriers that routinely lie to HireRight is the only way to go.

If everyone, has to sue or threaten to sue to challenge companies lying to HireRight, on an individual basis, then I only seems logical that a class action lawsuit with a single lawyer or legal team is the only way to go.
