Will still likely need to be three years for most. The reason those companies are turning you down for their schools is you do not meet their hiring criteria. They are not going to train you if they can't hire you. An outside CDL school will take your money and train you and you will have a CDL, bit you are going to have issues finding someone to overlook that ticket.
You can maybe time your schooling to end around the three year anniversary and then apply.

Reading your other post it looks like your recruiter may be blowing smoke. If you go and look at the company website that you would like to work at (TMC) you'll see you are disqualified on a couple of points. 1.) no reckless driving within three years. Your 20mph over will be considered reckless. Also your accident. 2.) no DUI,s in the past 10 years. I think your recruiter is telling anything to get you over so they can get credit. I would check every company from the people that do the hiring. I'm sorry to say but your record is not the best and you will find out that record will keep you from a lot of jobs for awhile.
pattyj Thanks this. -
In this case the dui won't matter, its the other offenses that's going to hurt you big time when applying for driving jobs.

So you think just because this happened back in 2011 you're in the clear and companies will hire you?If England of all companies told you to wait till dec then no one will hire you till that reckless is like 3 to 5 yrs old.
