Quick question to anyone out there that might have some info. When you look at your driver ranking/Stats you have 10 columns.
1.Week 2.Rank 3.On Time% 4.Serv Fail. 5. Prev Acc. 6. Days disp. 7.Ranked miles 8.Ranked # of loads 9.Total miles 10.Total loads.
Now here is my question MY last two columns #9 and #10 Are going backwards and no one can seem to tell me why.
Also my #7 and #8 columns are behaving strangely as well for instance its showing I only did 200 miles last week and that's also not the case since i did a lot more then that and then my truck broke down.
I think the last 2 #'s 9&10 are going to fluctuate because there based on the rolling 12 month period. But i cannot figure out why #'s 7&8 act the way they do. It would seem to me that they should move up based on the trips i completed and scanned in. Essentially if i made X miles and was paid for X miles then the ranked should have risen by X miles.
Any thoughts or info would be appreciated. Thanks.

1st of all are you a company driver that gets paid by the mile or do you get paid percentage
-
just notice that you havent been on here for hours. If your a company driver and you get more load and less miles those are out of your control and if your mile ranked and rank are flip flopping, it only means some other drivers are doing the opposite of what you doing and gettin more miles and less loads from what I see you have no control of either stats just worry about the on time % and dont ever have a service fauilure. Its alot of guys that run way more mile tha i do but their are always late and having mech issues. Customers keep carriers that dlv and p/u on time.

I'm a company driver paid per mile. 100% on time on all p/u & deliveries 0 Service failures 0 preventable accidents. I'm fairly certain my stats are not ranked against other drivers. The way it was explained to me is our stat system was used for various things in the past but now its more of just a way to keep track of the numbers

your stats are ranked against others otherwise there would be no comparison. I can say im the best driver of all time but guess what some will have to compare that to all the other drivers before and after me. If you work for a company 1 team and 1 solo will become driver of the year compared to the rest of the fleet. But trust me nothing against those folks they always seem to be yes men and women in the trucking industry if you want to go places you have to have a backbone the ones that say yes yes yes seem to make less money than the ones that put their foot down

if its not ranked against other drivers and your #7 in some catagories who is # 1 thru 6
