    If you are in a Lease to purchase truck and decide to turn the truck in, is it acceptable to drop the truck at ANY company terminal? My SO drives for Swift and has been told he has to take it back to the Phoenix terminal even though he is just a few miles from a terminal in Texas.

    This will be spelled out in the terms of the lease. Most want it turned into specific terminals. Dropping at a different one could lead them to charging you for the relocation. And that will not be at the dirt cheap rates they have been paying your SO to run. Even if he has to DH to AZ that fuel will be a fraction of what they will charge.

    Like Bill said, check the lease agreement. It will specify how / where the equipment is to be returned. Whatever you do, be certain to take a video or a bunch of pictures, with date evidence included, showing the tractor condition. Good luck.
