Time to make an honest inventory of your needs.

    1. What are your priorities?
    2. Flat, Dry or Reefer, Local, Regional or OTR
    3. Do you want a Nice Clean Truck or a P.O.S. (2008 Condo or newer or an aging Classic Mid-Roof)
    4. Have you applied to 10 respectable companies before Jumping?
    5. What are the companies hiding from you, ( Like turnover rate or poor safety rating)
    6. Lastly, are they Financially Solid in todays recession. (ex. Cal ark recently sold to another fleet and changes are coming)
    7. Annual Raises amd Bonuses?

What ever you decide I hope this adds perspective.

    rocknroll nik Thanks this.

If I had a choice between those two companies, this is where I would go. Welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order??

Since you're in Indy have you even looked at Celadon.
Don't know much about them other than they are based out if Indy.

I would like some fries with that...MUCH better choice than any bottom feeder...Another "quality" desperate person enters the race to the bottom...Suspended, 2 tickets, oh boy, here we go..bolt those street signs down...
