we have a hard time keeping the radiator clean on our 2010 367 because it is a very fine finned plastic tank radiator. the charge cooler is in front of it and the air conditioner condenser in front of that and being a farmer we are constantly in the dirt and straw and the temperature will run between 210 and 240 all daY LONG. IS THERE ANY OPTIONS ON THIS 367 FOR A FLAT FIN RADIATOR INSTEAD OF THIS SERPENTINE FINE FINNED FACTORY ONE? Will a brass copper radiator fit into this frame and will it take the abuse they say the plastic tank version will handle. It takes a lot of time to remove the charge cooler and wash out the radiator and I don't want to have to do this on a daily note. Any help would be appreciated.
Radiator problems on my 2010 367.

Talk to a welding Fab shop have a custom aluminum tank built to your specs and with the fin style and inlets/outlets you pick. It will probably be cheaper in the long run.

What about putting a screen on the grille?
pushbroom Thanks this. -

Yup. Invest in a cleaning wand so you dont have to tear it down. This is regular maintenance given your application. Farmers forever have clogged radiators, heater cores and evaporators. Just the way it is. I doubt you will find a old style replacement with larger fin gap.
pushbroom and daf105paccar Thank this.
