Anyone heard of these guys? They talk a great game but I can find NOTHING on them, good or bad. Their lease purchase is an obvious ripoff but they all are and I have my own truck. Looks like they've only been in business about a year and a half but with seventy trucks either leased on or leased out one would think there would be SOMETHING out there, someone happy, someone angry. Thanks in advance

I'm interested also... Thinking of leasing on their flatbed
-
I'm running away. They change names often, have a bad safety record and seemingly high turnover. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Be careful, Illinois requires an Illinois title to register your truck. I'm sure they could steal your truck helping you out with that. In this day and age the only way to have zero internet presence is to hire a company to scrub it for you. If you do flatbed, why not Mercer?

I heard they were going under

Plus I dont have any of the equipment since I'm pulling a refer right now
-
If you don't have equipment you'd have a hard time pulling a flat as an owner OP anywhere. I'd build up some equipment and go with someone more reputable if I was you. These guys don't pass the smell test at all.
Veteran driver Thanks this. -
That's why I was thinking them. They sell you the equipment and deduct it. Probably just stay where I'm at for the winter

The name "Rafa Trans" should be your first red flag. The location Lemont, Illinois ( Chicagoland) should give you all that's needed to avoid them.
Crusader66 and Speed_Drums Thank this. -
It was the first red flag, second was when I tried to check them out, third was when I actually called them. They offer huge numbers but not any where near what I'd feel comfortable with given the sketchy nature. I still have yet to find one thing said by a current or former driver.
