    IMHO there really is no such thing as a "gray" area. There is always a fine line when it comes to rules and laws.

    So called "gray" areas are only foggy places where people are either unable or unwilling to find the fine line below.

    Some folks like to live in the "gray" foggy places because it allows them to be comfortable, straying back and forth across that fine line. Helps them to feel that they themselves are not fully responsible for their actions.
