Most likely the only reason the dealer has the truck is because they had it in their body shop and talked the owner into a new one.

Retail price for a salvage title? That's crazy!

Large difference between salvage and rebuilt, but 85 is too much imo

Before buying, take it to a very very good frame and suspension shop to make sure that frame rail hasn't been sprung. If it was twisted, our bent at all, nothing will ever get that truck right again unless you replace the rail with a new one.

If they won't let you take it off sight for inspection, well the reason isn't insurance like they will say, it's because they know something is wrong.

Amazing to me the kind of money they are asking for a truck with 419,000 miles on it. I feel bad for newbies entering this business now over paying like that for used equipment. Cheap fuel must be fueling demand there. If one is depending on spot freight they're in for a rough road and rude awakening. The freight and rates are weak.
