    I think its a waste of time. Anybody can be perfect for a day, but a lot of drivers do all kinds of dangerous things when they think no one is looking.

    I don't know, maybe it's the military in me. It's mandontory for us too have SHARP Training. ( Sexual Harrasment Assualt Response Prevention). We all go through the motions, because we heard it a thousand time. But, at the end you learn something new, or you stay up to date. The annual certifications does the same.

    doing mine as company driver , I do it at the resort. Get to know those two there pretty good.so they are maybe more forgiving about certain things

    I don't think it's a bad idea... Kind of keeps you on your toes and keeps you up to date if there's any new information and and also make sure that you're doing your job properly
