Growing up I remember seeing semis everywhere with those stickers on the windshield and numerous license plates (1,000 years B IFTA-before IFTA,LMMFAO). For some reason I used to think KW T-600s used to look like Mercedes-Benz cars!

making that truck brand new, the first S-10 came out in '82 and the interior and grill were changed for the '86 model which first appeared in the summer of '85.
I remember Freightliner COE from the mid 70's. They all looked the same brand new and 20 years old. Carriers in the 50's and 60's reconditioned trucks instead of trading them. -
I'd forgotten about s&h and gold bond stamps...lol
I used to fuel where I saw the stamp sign under the truckstop logo.
Collected them and used to redeem them too.
Nasty ,gummy, warped stamp books. Bulky and a pia quite frankly.
Early form of reward points that I had long forgot about.
