And that's regardless of traffic flow on top of that. At least 3 times an England driver has pulled out of a chain up area and brought the tractor into the left lane in front of me. The 1st time I thought maybe it's a new driver and doesn't know better but the same company in different areas and different years is down right frustrating and disturbing in my opinion. Won't even get into what an England driver did 3 times last Sunday in AZ. Sorry but I had to add my 2 cents.

I saw driver broke down on east side of highway Monday. Wednesday she was broke down again same location on west side of highway,,with a wrecker this time

It's not the company, it's the driver. All companies have drivers that do dumb things. I've even seen a few owner operators screw up!

It wasn't broken down but it was funny. Some company named ANG logistics. Green and white daycab pulling a trailer that the upper 15 inches had been smashed. Pieces ripped back, the top smashed, etc. He was flying south down 75 toward Atlanta at 73 or so.Last edited: Aug 10, 2018

I agree with you 100% on that. Anyone and everyone is capable of dumb. In my personal experience if someone tells you they're not some more bs is more than likely to follow. Lord knows I've had my moments. It's the repeated behavior from the same company that alarms me.Trucking in Tennessee Thanks this.

The guys that pull onto the shoulder 1' off the fog when theres another 6' or more they could have used bother me. If I am oversize and cant get over I have to slow or even stop until I get room.

Came to work about 2 months ago at 0130 to find my brand new Pete with 17k miles broke down. They hired another driver to use the truck for another account in the evening & on his first day he slammed into a trl carrying 62k of paper rolls ( The tires on the truck are not low profile) jaming the 5th wheel sideways & braking a frame cross member. $15k in damages on his first day.
But the owner did not fire him till he bent the steps & put a gouge in the fuel tank on another truck 3 weeks later.
This from a dude with 15yrs driving for Sherman BrosLast edited: Aug 11, 2018

I ve seen 2 different instances of breakdowns:
1. A Covenant truck broke down on side of I 20 from Thursday evening until Monday with the drivers still inside of the truck
2. An owner operator broke down all weekend on the I 459 ramp from Friday afternoon until Monday morning when I finally seen a service truck in front of himTrucking in Tennessee Thanks this. -
