I may have to pull my axles out in the near future.

The gasket that goes between the axle flange and the Hub, can that be reused or is that something that you replace every time you service the hub?

I'd replace. Its rare any gasket comes off in one piece and after they've been crushed they likely won't seal up a second time.

Paper gaskets are one time use.

you can buy gasket material by the roll at nearly any auto parts store. you simply trace it out, and cut.

maybe use a very small amount of RTV as well with that "make a gasket" roll..??

gaskets are cheap insurance from leakage or seepage, to re-use.

I just use a paper thin coat of grey RTV. Never leaks and the nuts stay torqued.
