Riders and Pets

    Just wondered if Schneider allows pets and riders. If this was answered elsewhere, I am sorry....I thought I read ther forum well......

    I left Schneider in 2006...but at that time they did not allow pets.

    They don't allow pets and to honest I really don't blame them. Heck some of the drivers can't even clean up after themselves. As for the riders, they do allow them. I think in the first 6-12 months of employment you are not allowed to have riders. then after that time all you have to do is talk to your DBL to get a rider authorization paper filled out. It will cost you like $15 dollars for a 30 day period that covers insurance on the rider.

    No pets, Immediate family members of age 10 or older or anyone else over 18. 15 dollars a month insurance.

    you also need to have 6 mothhs safe driving with them to have a rider(and maintain it, u have an accident no rider for another 6 months)
