Wow! Where do I begin.
The Financial/Placement chick, Tonya, needs a lesson in customer service. No wonder shes working here, she couldnt make it anywhere else. She needs to understand that the student is the PAYING customer. Rude, condescending, unorganized, deceitful and rarely there when you need her. Because of her, I would recommend a school that I know nothing about before I'd recommend this school, that I attended and graduated.
The Instructors/Examiners are very knowledgeable and kind.
The facility leaves a bit to be desired. Oh well. It served its purpose I suppose.
Students need more time on the backing pad. There were days that we only logged MAYBE 30 minutes behind the wheel on the backing pad in a 10 hr day. For approx $400 per day for the course on average, that's unacceptable. Student/Truck/Instructor ratio is way off. Need less students and more wheel time. But due to corporate greed, I doubt that would be an option.
