Good thing there's TTR to warn everyone about companies...

 

you sound like a guy that doesn't know how to take care of his finances and want to put a company down for there policies.
I read this same paragragh in another thread. Everyone is not going to be happy at a company.

 

Why would I use an advance on my truck as a company driver? The money is still coming out of my paycheck, even if it is the next one. As for advances supposed to be used for tolls, fluids, etc, then why do companies (at least any I've driven for) reimburse you for those when you turn in the receipt? Maybe I've just missed running for crap companies? No, scratch that, even Swift reimburses tolls, fluids, etc, or they have you write a comcheck. Heck, they even reimburse showers, which is more then a lot of companies do. I can't believe that people would actually be willing to spend their OWN money for stuff to do with the truck, outside of CB, TV, food, etc.

 

I heard on trucking radio today that this company has been purchased by Celadon, now you guys are really screwed.......................................If this is the same company they were talking about
