    I am just out of scool and trying to pick a company to work for.Does anyone have any exp with 14 out 7 off with roehl and if so what are the pros+cons,Thanks Newbee

    All of the hometime fleets are great if that is what is in your budget. With 14/7 you have 3 drivers sharing 2 trucks, with 7/7 you have two drivers sharing 1 truck, you get the idea. The big pain is moving all of your stuff in and out of the truck. Most guys get real good at packing just what they need and can do it pretty quickly. From my understanding you make about 2/3 the amount of a regular over the road driver on 14/7. The one thing is you need to live close enough to one of the terminals or drop yards to be able to take advantage of these fleets.
