another reason to leave Canada to the Canadians
Projektf350 Thanks this. -
Yep. Have been in no hurry to get my passport, and they haven't said a word.jeepnut_nh Thanks this.

Ran into the same thing once. Sent it priority mail ($5) vs fedex. Got paid following week. Even FM said she could read it, but not payroll?!
-
That stamp (original only) is how you prove that goods entered Canada legally if you are questioned later on by Canada Customs. Original must be kept. If your company can't provide proof of this document if asked for, it can be big fines for the company. Best to just leave the Canada stuff to us Canadians, eh.

is that the 13% tax on my dinner? HSL or whatever?
-
Same as the BS times on BOL. That's what QC shows!
Just more BS for the power tripjeepnut_nh Thanks this. -
?
The customs stamp has nothing to do with your dinner, lol. It is so they can track which companies (the receiver in Canada) have to pay which taxes and they keep track of all that.
Ontario has 13% HST tax that is paid on almost everything. -
like our bho tax in the states.
well if that's what it is they should just give us envelopes to send them in.. -
And the whole "seal intact" game? How many people at the cons will actually walk out from their office to check your seal. Zero.........Projektf350 and jeepnut_nh Thank this.
