Roller pin /tranny

    for $1500.00. Failure....5 cent rollerpin that was abused during shift. '05 i9400. Weird as it may be...lost 7th than found it working again. Within quarter mile lost 9 and 10. Pulled over, got towed, saved tranny from going into two gears at onetime trying for that trk stop just 2 miles away. whew!

    The pin tells a story. This pin is found in the top covers casting. The casting holds a shaft with an indent that the pin runs through. The shaft holds a yoke. A smooth timely shift allows the yoke to slide along the oiled shaft, moving gears.
