I'm running XDN2's and I love 'em. They are wearing very evenly and if they keep wearing like they are I will get 300,000 out of them.
-
The good year G372 is a very good tire i had 440k on mine and still had a good 50% left, i also have the XDN2 and love em, wearing pretty good on a KW suspension and holding up to lots of torque without chunking, i have about 200k on them, 100k of that i put on and i still honestly have a good 75% tread.

in my book it's hard say anything bad about any michilin. sure you may get a bad one every now and then but you will with any brand. If I had to say anything bad about them it would be that as a company they don't think they ever build a bad tire so warrenty issues can be a problem

That and they sure as hell aint priced to move either, #### XDN2 is a $500 tire.
-
yup they sure don't give em away. I remember when I thought $250 for a michelin was expensive.. lol but the price has to average out over the length of miles they run or you wouldn't see the big fleets using them near as much as you do.
-
They do last lot longer than the general, cheap tires, etc. So IMO they are worth it.... I can get the XZE3 steers for $320 from a local big company and i think thats cheap for them!
-
yes the $250 chinese tires don't look like such a good deal when you replace them after 60k
-
I bought some chinese crap, steelmarks, and put em on my last axle on the spread, got 120k miles out of them. I have used steer tires on front axle with over 300k miles total
Just goes to show ya, buy cheap you pay for it twice.

I agree 100%.
