$562 for 6 days of work?

How is he paying you? By the hour? By the job? By the day? How? How do you come up with $562?

Is this your first gig? Did you discuss pay BEFORE you accepted the gig? Where did you find a motel that lets you do more than 1 night stay for $75? Thats amazing! (no sarcasm...I'm serious)

    What I think:

No matter what your boss has done, youre partially to blame.

You agreed to play the game. $562 a week is slave labor and you agreed to it. If I dont like the rig, and the freight lanes and the pay, I'm not going to play. I will go elsewhere. But now you are vindictive and want revenge on your slumlord boss. You are the one that didnt do the homework.

You are wanting revenge. Noone cares about safety. Not the government, not the trucking companies, not the drivers. Its all about money. If the money was right, you would never say anything. So stop the spill about driving illegal. You are scheming like a highschool girl whose boyfriend dropped her for her sister.

You should have had the money aspect of the deal worked out before you pulled the first load. Man up and take responsibility for your own bad decisions. Find another gig and jump ship. You agreed to play the game. If this guy is dirty, then youre dirty too. Show his dirt and you show your own. Get ready to jump, find another gig, make the jump.

Bet the slumlord offers you more money to get you to stay. He will because its not easy to find a sucker to run 6 days a week and work for $500.

One more thing: No offense, but in this stage of the game, youre not smart enough in your business to do a lease. Major disaster. You need to figure out how to manage your time and make money on someone else's dime, before staging your own show. Do you understand what I am saying? Theres more to being a successful trucker than holding a steering wheel and delivering freight.

    Wish you success regardless tho.

    Happy motoring

No, I just know that some people think the black box can track them... when all along you are being tracked by your cell phone even if you are not talking on it....

Not always a good idea. This can lead to overeating and unwanted weight gain.
And what the hell does it have to do with any of this?

I am already fat, so who cares! The point is that I am going to take my time, and do things my way. No more 20 hours on duty. I have not cheated my log by more than 15 minutes in the last month. Honest.

Not to mention the data recording devices on modern engines.
Doesn't give location, but records time and speed.
