@Chinatown If a job application doesn't ask anything about SAP, does that mean my violation shouldn't be a problem? Am I required to tell them if they don't ask? TIA

@RomTon might have some suggestions.

Most companies will find out about SAP if they check the Clearinghouse.

Have you already completed the sap program and finished with the rtd process?
tscottme Thanks this. -
You will get a letter in the mail from FMCSA .
You must go online and grant the clearing house permission to release your records. -
Sounds like he just got popped and thinks switching companies will grant himself a do over. Since all carriers are required to check the clearinghouse he’s quite fluffed.
Even if he was able to get hired under the radar he better have loser cruiser (bus) money stashed away. One inspection and he’ll be put out of service permanently. Not only that the carrier will also be put in a world of hurt.
Notice how my first deliberate question went ignored.TripleSix, Bean Jr. and Old_n_gray Thank this. -
I filled out an application last Thursday and got the FMCSA letter Monday.
