    Hey,
I'm hoping some one can point me in the direction of a good employer in Savannah, GA. I'm looking for a company that will keep up with the economy and pay accordingly a company that will let me see my family a couple times a week or more and the benefits to support them. I'm 26 years old and I need a straight forward career that i can proudly stand behind for the rest of my life. No lies or exadurated pay figures. I have 7 months otr flatbed experience and a flawless MVR with ALL ENDORSEMENTS and a TWIC card. I'm willing to drive any field and I have oversized experience. Most interested in auto hauling.

I want 1200+ a week with benefits or 1600+ without. The ability to stay competitive and make more as longevity grows is critical. You treat me fair you gain an unwavering asset to your company for life.

Figures are negotiable on overall benefits package but I'm not interested in working for shareholders. Weekly home time or more is necessary unless it takes time to build a dedicated account for my location. I'm willing to be out longer while a route is being figured but only for the next 6 months.

I'd love to hear from you if you can offer a career that fits my interest.

    P.s.
I would consider relocating to Jacksonville, Charleston, or Atlanta for the right job.

If you were looking for a good OTR dry/reefer company with benefits, etc... I would like to suggest Abilene.... 1 day home for every 6 days out... And being in Savannah I could see a few "unofficial home time visits" as I95 is our main N/S lane... Stopping off to get your 10 at home now and then. We have several drivers from the Florida area.

If you think that might be an option, feel free to drop me a PM here with any questions.

Also, @Chinatown would be a good resource to ask about what you are looking for... In the areas you are looking at... He seems to have a wealth of knowledge about many of the non mega companies that might come in handy during your search.

He provided me with 4-5 options that I would have never found doing my own search... Abilene was one of them and I have been a very happy driver here and now I am no longer considering them as my "starter company".

Heed his advice seriously... I am glad I did.

    Stay Safe,
    MD
