Where u from ? you would prolly go to houston for training which i know nothing of it ...but i just got done with tanker training in coraopili, pa (pittsburgh) and it wasn't bad ..it's 11 days straight of training ...if u got a choice go there ...its small and the trainers are really good and treat u like a human being and everybody is pretty friendly ...i would make certain u wanna do tanker half of every class quits or more ..its not for everybody u will also have to get haz mat and a twic and passport (card is fine) so its alot to do ...i just got haz mat but working on twic its #### expensive. Umm...you will do 2 weeks with a trainer after the 11 days depends on how soon and where u live i know one TE who lives where u do and is a really good dude hope u get him for a trainer he is in savannah. overall i been treated pretty decent by everybody in the company there is the whiners for sure ...but bulk terminals are all pretty friendly cept houston it seems lol ...u do gotta shave everyday and wear long sleeves and steel toe boots and a hard hat with a face shield for about anything you do ...u can dress down while driving ...overall i am pretty happy so far ...see how it goes on the road ...the trips are shorter with bulk ...but the pay is alot better than any van u can find ...got any questions just ask :)
