Schneider cdl training

Snyder will put you in a truck with a trainer until that trainer is comfortable with letting you go out with another trainee for 30 days.

 

I spoke to a Schneider recruiter at my school and was told their training is 1 week of classroom, followed by 1 week on the road with a trainer, and then another week of classroom. Then you head home and pick up your truck and first solo assignment the following Monday.

 

JMZ is correct......the other dude must be talking about another company....actually, no, he's just wrong

 

Read DFO's thread that's stickyed in the SNI forum. Nothing significant has changed except pay rates and we now will pay up front for cdl school with a year long commitment .

 

think they are asking about the sni cdl school sponsorship deal. they pay and you commit to a year on a set board or account.

 

he was talking about another company called Snyder... not to be confused with SCHNEIDER..

 

Then perhaps he should post his missives on the Snyder forum

 

If Schneider has changed then I apologize for the confusion. All I know is when I went through their training it's exactly how I put it on here.
And I didn't realize I misspelled Schneider.

 

you described the hiring process . not sure that was the question posed in the op though.
