They have been doing that since the 80's come by scranton sometime before they built three or four lanes back then and see all the orange pumpkins with no horsepower trying to pass.

The more the industry tries to modernize, the more things stay the same. One thing I can celebrate here in AR on the 67 freeway is they are fixing to add a third lane where there is two now for about 12 miles in a year or two. Construction starts soon.

That is my solution to the issue of two lane interstate passing problems, Add a third lane. And presto no more problem. Unless someone else besides Pumpkin pulls out to the far left too and try to pass.

This also reminds me of the old split speed limits in many states. Thankfully all of that has gone bye bye too.

Good luck out there. Maybe take a break a few weeks and decompress, that will help your state of mind be safer towards others after a while.

Could be lease ops. If the tractor does not have the "road stripe" graphics on the doors, it's an OO/LO.

These trucks had the new Schneider road graphics. Some had the team stickers, other s did not. Most of the ones that ran 68 or faster were the platinum/pewter colored trucks. A few were white.

    48Packard Thanks this.

Sounds like company team trucks. They've got a higher governed limit.

You don't get out much, do you??
There's still plenty of states, and areas, that have split speed limits!!
