Now I thought we had you convinced over in the swift thread. Lol. It is a good idea to cover your bases and do your homework. Just remember that not everything bad that is said about a company is true (this applies to all of them). Numbers don't lie (well, someone might post false numbers but....) and if you get good helpful info like you did in the swift forum you can look at the numbers (home time, miles, pay) and see what works best for you. If someone posts something outrageously negative just ask if they work for the company, there's a likely chance they never have or maybe they did then the question is: why did they quit (or most likely got fired).

I won't comment on schnieder though because I've never worked for them nor do I know of anyone who has but when I was looking for a company they seemed like a good candidate.
