I pull a van and am happy doing so. About to become an o/o. My question is: what are things you do in order to not become complacent with your driving? How to improve your skills (besides just normal gains from daily driving) and keep a drive for doing the best you can do?

hmmm good ?...id say never take your eye of the the ball or assume anything , always have your gaurd up but smile and be willing to learn and be courteous to those around you .
i think after 30 yrs of this and into my early 50s ive slowed down a bit and learned to not be so quik tempered and let things go ...last sunday in twin falls id i drifted toward the line and a 4 wheeler honked and gave me the bird and i waved to him and didnt honk back ...Wild Murphy Thanks this. -
