Where is the oil coming from. Is it from the air compressor or is it up stream from the compressor? Look in the air feed line to the compressor for oil.
Is the air pressure in the truck OK? How much oil is in your air tank. Do you have oil in the governor?
At the age and mileage, you plan to keep truck? If yes. It's a good idea to replace compressor. But that may not be the problem.

If you are seeing that much oil at that valve from the air system when was the last time the air dryer was actually serviced? even if your compressor is on its way out and pumping oil the dryer should still catch most if its in good working order.

If you have engine oil in your air lines, than your air compressor is worn out.

Your welcome. Fyi, if you have an air dryer with a changeable filter, it should be changed once a year.

I’m wondering what kind of dryer it has. Older AD9 supposedly catches most oil without problems because of its size. Newer expensive spin on type are supposedly coalescing. They’re made to catch oil. I imagine either one can get full and not work properly. The spin on type is easy to change. My new compressor pushes oil. Bendix claims some oil is normal. I drained the tanks, took SS hose off at compressor and poured some air line conditioner into the SS hose, changed my whole dryer, AD9 are cheap. Maybe try that, and change the filter. You probably have the spin on type. Regardless 800k miles is a lot of miles. Either way, if changing the compressor, replace governor with brand new, not reman, keeping old as a spare. new air dryer filter, if not a whole new dryer.
