    Welcome to modern lawfare of consiquinces dont match the crime unless your one of the unfavored groups and criminals having more rights then citizens.....

    Imo he should have gotten 1st degree and an expidited death sentince. Alas he will likely get 6 years. Then be out on parol after 6 months when his lawyers appeal the sentince.

    That seems ridiculously low for that. Seems like he intentionally did all of it. Good thing, the prosecutors recommendation or even the entire plea, the judge can say "no" to. Maybe that will happen, maybe it won't.
