Hello everyone, I am looking for a mature and experienced driver that understands that safety and on time deliveries are our number 1 and 2 priorities. Preferably a Midwest driver who can run 550+ miles daily, and knowledgeable with Qualcomm. I currently have 2 trucks leased to Landstar. One of which I drive myself so I know what it's like to be over the road. My driver is enjoying 42% of the trucks retained earnings; which in turn has amounted to better than .49 per mile all miles(city to city)on a W2! He also resides in a bad area, if you live in the Midwest I can do better! If you are more comfortable with a rate per mile pay I can start you at .45 all miles city to city. Driver must meet all Landstar requirements and be approved by Landstar. Hazmat required or the ability to obtain. Tankers endorsement encouraged. Dry Van W2 position
