I have a maxxforce dt that came in with a misfire and smoking issue, cylinder 6 contribution fault, performing a cut out test this was the only cylinder that had an issue. Previously i had this truck sent to the dealer for regen issues- regen light would come on loose power and you could not perform manual regen-dealer cleaned the filter, came back to customer and still would run poor and blow some smoke,they have been driving it since until it was due for service, there are no regen codes in it now. We replaced the injectors ran good(still blew some smoke) for about ten miles then began missing horrible smoking and shut down. There are multiple contribution faults cyl 4 5 6 and also coolant pushed out of the cap-truck was not run hot was at 203 unit wont even get out of its own way-cant be driven- double checked the installation and all seems fine

how about this as fast as you put coolant in it it comes out the drain plug(oil pan)

Paccar MX supports "electronic compression test", like Volvo and MB, so do it becouse you may have piston ore valve damage.
It is not all, reset cyl. ballansing correction values and run engine, if no smoke for a minute, I sugest bad compression
