I use Microsoft Money. It takes some time to set up in a way that will be easy to use but it does what I need.

Truckn pro does everything you need and is easy to use. Also customer support service is probably as good as it can be. I have had problems on the weekends and have had same day replys.
The reports are great you will know the profit/ loss for any term, from 1 load to the week month or year etc. Download it for free and give it a try.

 

Yes I do use it. I do my own book keeping as a sole proprietor, very easy to enter the data yourself but if you need help thy will do it for you also. I do the 23.00 a month package and then pay $525 a year to have my taxes done. And if you use fuel gauges all your fuel recites and everything you enter from maintenance go right into Profit gauges so you don't need to renter the info.

 

i did like Let's truck, 15 p/m i think when i had it. easy to use but you def. have to stay on top of the paperwork no matter who/what you use.

Do you have Microsoft Office? The free office NEVER seems to translate actual excel docs at all.
