Someone agrees with me .

^^^^ My boss < O/O > byatches about this all the time; yet we have contracts year 'round, thank God. Yes, I've heard this. I'm not an O/O but may as well be; the way I handle his business and trucks and trailers when he takes off to Florida in the winters, LoL. He's a smaller fleet guy, and fears this crap all the time. Small-town Ohio, we still keep loyalty and integrity to a degree, I suppose. Maybe the above is why I'm not getting the forecasted raise; don't know. He's still trying to get me to buy one of his Pete's and fly solo and retire. It's not a good year for that, obviously. We are a 3-man show; he and I, and the occasional 'extra' that he hires.
