I wouldn't worry about it. Although construction zones are double whammies no?
-
Guess I'll pay for an attorney uggg... ticket cost.. $436.. lesson learned
-
I think its 15 CSA a points and have talked to 2 drivers in the past month that were let go for such a offense. That was the only tickets they had on their CSA but the company's classified it as aggressive speeding .

I'd have to look that up, but not now, but if it is 15 points BEFOE the triple points, then he actually has now 45..
I think speeding is 5 points, before they triple up, but construction zone speeding, may be a whopper..?? -
Its 5 ×3 for the first year?

Definitely go to court and see if you can plead guilt to a reduced speed.
