    The only way it goes on CSA is if your USDOT# is on our ticket. But it still goes on our driving record if you don't fight it.

    14 over is 1 under reckless driving, you lucked out on that part, but good luck with the construction zone, fines are doubled, I just paid a $950 ticket due to a construction zone ticket, that ended up costing much more than that, because the state decided to charge me a driver assessment fee as well, so 1 ticket for 15 over ended up costing me almost $2 grand.. Good luck
