Is there a valve that works air for seat air horn transmission....has to be that I would think but can't find it

You have water in tank that froze everything. Or you air dryer is done. Or your compressor is done.

It could be just the oil is so thick it won't slide across. I bet if you run it a few miles it'll work ok, had a 13 speed that used to do it regularly in Canadian winters.

Try taking the lines off at the shifter knob and see if air is coming out.
If not start tracing lines backwards.
I’m assuming you have lines coming up to the shifter of course.
You never said what transmission you have. -
